Dream Encounter: Akihiko
I walked into a music store and went over to one of the sections. I smiled at one of the songs, feeling as if it was the gate to a new chapter in my life, and put the headphones on my head. I wasn’t paying any attention to any of my surroundings and I started to dance. I soon bumped into someone, sending the both of us to the ground. The headphones fell off of my head as I fell on top of a man. He chuckled and offered to help me up. I took his hand and stood up. Then we started to laugh “Sorry about that.” I said still giggling. The man shook his head then smiled at me “But you’re a good dancer.” Again, we both started to laugh. He then told me that his name was Aki. Ever since then we have been friends, always talking about music.
One day I found a small box in my mail. I hadn’t order anything, and thought that it was strange to be getting something like that. I sat down on my couch and opened the box. What was inside was a CD. And the front had many hearts and the word love was written all over it in red. There was also a card. I read it and, gasped. It said “I love you, Alice. I can’t stop thinking about you. The way you move, the way you talk, and the way you look at something you love drives my crazy. Would you be my girlfriend? -From Akihiko.”
The joy overwhelmed me. I ran as fast as I could to the music store to accept. As I opened the door, he took me in his arms and kissed me passionately. I was never so happy in my whole life.
